Jeff started in the staffing industry back in 1995. He was the co-Founder of a tech-staffing recruitment research firm based out of Northern California. Providing candidate research, profiles and market intelligence to burgeoning companies based in Silicon Valley during the DotCom boom and beyond until he decided to shut down the company in 2010 and move back to the east coast.
He soon after joined Kenexa Recruitment Process Outsourcing in 2010 which eventually was acquired by IBM. As a Global Recruitment Sourcing Executive with IBM Talent Acquisition & Optimization he was directly responsible for the development of recruitment marketing and candidate sourcing strategies for all global client teams that are supporting companies such as Syngenta, Baker Hughes, Bosch, Biogen, Eli Lilly, Elliott Turbo, Flowserve, FMC, Ford, General Motors, Intel, Toshiba, UTC/Goodrich Aerospace, Microsoft, Otsuka Pharmaceuticals, Pall Corp, Parexel, Regeneron, US Steel, Shire Pharmaceuticals, Syngenta, Honeywell, BP, KeyBank and Whirlpool.
Developed innovative global recruitment marketing and candidate sourcing strategies for deployment across approximately 50 global RPO client recruiting teams. Partner with client leadership to explore, develop and deploy recruitment marketing content calendars, employment branding assets, sourcing strategies and tactics, candidate experience project, candidate engagement strategies, cognitive recruiting, recruitment analytics and recruitment automation processes. 25 direct/indirect reports globally in LATAM, APAC, NA and EMEA. Sourcing Science is part of the larger Center for Branding and Strategy (CBS) which includes Employment Branding.

Jeff has been creating recruitment marketing campaigns for global organizations for over 15 years. Jeff is considered one of the foremost experts in developing recruitment automation solutions that include SMS, Chatbots, Video, Custom Landing Pages, Diversity, Inclusion, Military, Employer Branding, mobile, iOS and Android apps, AI, ML, ATS, and CRM technologies.
He has created a framework for increasing candidate engagement and conversions by as much as 30%. He has proven that mastery and application of automation technologies in the recruiting process can be utilized by recruiters and recruitment marketers in almost every niche, industry and location to vastly increase candidate, traffic, reach and engagement
