Sometimes, recruiting can be an insane loop — a job opens, you look for candidates, they go through the interview process, a candidate gets hired, and then he quits, so we go back to zero. Our guest is the author of Sprint Recruiting. He wrote, “without an efficient process with checks and balances, organizations look more chaotic mayhem than finely tuned machines. A large part of the disfunction starts with the lack of efficiency in what is known as traditional recruiting.” He presented the four pitfalls of recruiting at most organizations and the AGILE recruiting methodology.
