Recruiting is simple, but it’s not easy…Learning how to recruit, it has a bit of sales, a little bit of marketing, a lot of social media, management, messaging, copywriting. You have to know so many different skill sets. It is really confusing and quite intimidating for the brand new recruiter.

Today I’ve got a really great guest. We’re gonna be talking about candidate experiences, especially from the recruiting and staffing side. He is a trainer, a coach, a recruiter, and he’s launching a bunch of new stuff around training recruiters, how to start their own business, and how to become a recruiter.
