During a job search, there are 2 things that can frustrate candidates more than anything else.
- Finding a job on the job board, clicking on the Apply link, and filling out all the information only to be forwarded to the real application on the company’s website where you have to fill it out all again.
- Submitting a resume and getting the obligatory “Oh yeah, we got your resume” notifications and then never hearing from them again. Not even a rejection letter.
Making a great first impression should be the highest priority in any company’s recruiting process, which is part of making a great application experience.
